Questions
What buyers usually ask.
How do you protect individual user privacy?
All intelligence products sell aggregated pattern analysis, never individual user records. We comply with CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Section 230. Forum posts are analyzed for aggregate research purposes only — a condition every user consents to at registration. No report ever identifies a single driver, company, or municipal employee by name without their explicit permission.
How is this different from Waste360 or a trade publication?
Trade publications cover news. They don't run a role-verified driver community, a job board, or cross-surface identity resolution. Waste360 can tell you what happened last quarter. The Tipping Floor can tell you what's likely to happen next quarter because it can read signals in driver conversation, RFP traffic, and labor market activity before they become news.
What's the smallest commitment I can make?
The Floor Report at $199/month with a 30-day out. That gets you the monthly territory recap, RFP watch list, and brand sentiment scores. Most new customers start there, then move to a Contract Signal Feed or Sentiment Index once they see the signal quality.
Can I see a real sample before buying?
Yes — click "Request Sample" on any product above. Monthly reports ship a full redacted prior issue. For OEM & Investor products, samples are under mutual NDA — we'll send the paperwork the same day.
Do you do custom / private research?
Yes. See Product 06 above. Typical engagements run $15,000–$75,000 and take 2–4 weeks. Past work includes equipment reliability studies, regional labor-supply analyses, and M&A target diligence for private equity firms.
How long have you been collecting data?
The platform launched in early 2026. Longitudinal depth is still young, but the community, registration, and behavioral capture were all live from Day 1 — which means every month that passes compounds the data moat. The earlier you're in, the more comparative context you get as history accumulates.
